NORIMAKI Traditional homemade rolled sushi. Il sushi fatto in casa.

My sister-in-law taught me how to make the best norimaki, the sushi made at home. Easily made with rice vinegar, salt, sugar, Japanese rice, nori, carrots cooked in a special Japanese sauce, cucumbers, shiitake mushrooms and tamago-yaki  (Japanese .omelette)

  19. Ciao Ciccia. No he probado la cocina japonesa pero por el aspecto que tiene debe estar muy rico. Aunque me gusta mucho el pescado, crudo soy incapaz de comerlo jj.
