Roaming 'round Rome

Here I'm at Sweety Rome  having a coffee and a luscious Red Velvet Cake

Wearing a dress which my daughter (hungrycaramella.blogspot.com)  bought for me for my birthday, it's from Promod.  The red polka dot headband is from Accessorize.

The metallic chain bracelet is H&M, the beaded bracelets are from OVS

I made these Rigatoni with Bolognese Sauce  in our B&B with my rice cooker.  Buon Appetito!
Ho preparato questi Rigatoni al Ragù con il mio cuociriso.

WHEN IN ROME, GO TO THE TEMPLE OF ...GRATTACHECCA!

GRATTACHECCA is a typical Roman refreshing drink made up of grated ice and sweet syrup or fruit juices.  Here is our favorite Grattachecca place, it's along the Tiber river in the Prati neighborhood of Rome.

SWEETY ROME....THE SWEETEST PLACE IN ROME!

I just found the cutest little pastry shop in Rome...even Buddy was there, you can see him in the picture below.  It's run by a father and daughter team and they make the most delicious cakes and international desserts!  It's located on Via Milano 48.

My very favorite...RED VELVET CAKE!
