We are peanut allergic in our house so I tend to sub Sunflower Butter for PB in cookies and it's pretty awesome. Your cookies look esp. experiment-worthy!

che meraviglia questi biscotti...! hai avuto una grande idea creativa, usare purè di mele invece del burro, e hai creato un nuovo e più dietetico biscotto. Tutti creiamo sempre e continuamente cose nuove, anche modificando le cose vecchie e per fortuna tutti abbiamo un gran talento nel fare ciò, altrimenti non ci resterebbe altro che subire quello che gli altri ci impongono.
