SICILIAN BREAD AND IL MOLINO CHIAVAZZA

Here is another product which IL MOLINO CHIAVAZZA  http://www.molinochiavazza.it/  sent me:  SEMOLA RIMACINATA, it's a special kind of flour for bread, cakes and pasta.  Here is their blog where you can see more of their products
http://www.cultura-del-frumento.blogspot.com/

I used the Semola Rimacinata of Il Molino Chiavazza to make our everyday Sicilian bread.

  2. Yum, the bread looks nice and crusty. Just how I like it. I was watching a program on television tonight where they showed your native Sicily. Very beautiful. I was surprised to learn there are at least 5 million people living on the island. That is like almost 1/6 of my country's population.

*** When I was in Sicily, the bread tasted to me, so I think it is delicious. Best regards and thank you for a very nice visit.
