A DAY AT GAMBERO ROSSO COOKING CHANNEL IN ROME - UN GIORNO A GAMBERO ROSSO DI SKY ITALIA
Today I went to Città del Gusto of Gambero Rosso TV channel. Here I am with Massimiliano Mariola, chef at Gambero Rosso.. I participated in the Gambero Rosso daily cooking show Questo L'ho Fatto Io and I prepared niku-jaga, a Japanese dish and Massimiliano loved it. He was very impressed by the combination of sugar and soy sauce, mirin and sakè.
