    Like you, I love oregano a lot. It's been ages since I last had any pecorino, I think I'll go out tomorrow when the shops are open again and get some.

  3. Francesca, That's a nice simple sandwich... It gives me some ideas for variations along the same theme. I might play with basil and sardines for a different flavor. I can't wait for tomato season when I can buy some really flavorful heirloom tomatoes! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
