  2. Francesca, Your cutlets look great! We often have pork, beef or chicken cutlets prepared much the same way and sometimes we use the Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs. I like your approach though...using fresh ingredients would make our cutlets even better! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave

    I don't eat meat that often, but watching you make these has made me want to go and buy some meat this week!
