NO BUTTER, NO OIL BANANA BREAD

Ingredients

2 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup wholewheat flour
1 cup flour
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts baking powder
a pinch of salt

Mash the bananas and add the brown sugar.  Add eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients.  Bake at 180° for 45 minutes.

Irresistible served with peanut butter!

  6. Yumm!! A friend of mine who lives in Florida used to make this when I was staying with her. I had it with peanut butter every morning for breakfast!
