Another cooking show at the Nuara SicilyCook

Last Sunday the Nuara cooking school held a demonstration of Tunisian food.  At the end of the session we got to eat what was prepared. Couscous is one of my favorite food and I can assure you this Tunisian one was out of this world! Here I'm with Chef Francesco Pinello.

  1. Yummmm!! I love couscous, last but not least because it can be made at home so quickly and easily with whatever else you find in your fridge or pantry.
    This time I hope you were not embarrassed by the chef in front of the whole class...!

  3. Francesca, Couscous is something that you can't hardly find on the menus around here in East Tennessee. We've never tried making it at home but it would be a nice change of pace! Merry Christmas! Take Care, Big Daddy Dave
