DAGASHI BOX .... Vintage traditional candies and games from Japan







As you can see from the video I was literally blown away by the candies and games I found in my Dagashi Box. I never expected such delicious snacks and toys from the 1950s to the 1970s, the time right after World War II. Those were the days weren't they?  We kids ate simple traditional, classic candies, which we got from the candy jar at the Candy Shop. But more nostalgically, we played simple, make-do games, nothing technologically advanced or requiring a genius in order to understand how to play the game.
