JUST BOIL IT!

Have you ever wondered how to make the delicious soft caramel  dulce de leche? I tried making it from scratch once and ended up spending hours in cleaning up the kitchen. Then a friend of mine from the UK told me to just get a can of condensed milk and boil it for THREE hours! It works like magic. So here is my BANOFFIE PIE made with a chocolate cookies crust, dulce de leche, bananas and whipped cream. All topped with  grated chocolate.

Applesauce Spice Cake and Cupcakes

I had  several apples in the refrigerator which were getting a bit overriped so I made this delicious Applesauce Cake which I found in my Betty Crocker  cookbook "Baking Classics".

The dough was a bit too much for the loaf pan so I made cupcakes too.

Hair bands from DRESSLILY

Hairbands are my obsession.

I like to have my ears warm, winter and summer, so my collection of headbands is huge ...  all colors, shapes and material.

These two are from  Dresslily
