Bread and Mortadella
Mortadella is a speciality of Bologna. We like to eat it with bread. This particular bread I made is the characteristic Sicilian bread with sesame seeds.
Francesca, Fresh baked bread and mortadella...a great combination! Salami would be good too! Actually fresh baked bread with butter would be yummy.
