FARINE FRUTTARINE MOLINO BERTOLO / FRUITED FLOUR BY CHEF DAMIANO CARRARA

 I came across a surprisingly original kind of flour....fruit flour. It's created by Chef Damiano Carrara and it's made with Type 1 flour, fruit flour and corn starch. This flour is ideal to make sweets. Here you can see the kinds available
