Francesca, There is nothing like 'real' bagels from New York City! Love them! I noted the windmill behind you in the photo at the top of this post. I was curious and leaned that windmills are a thing in parts of Sicily, used to remove water from salt harvested from the sea. http://www.bestofsicily.com/mag/art52.htm.
